How To Become A Poll Worker

Thank you for your interest in becoming an Election Official for Pulaski County!

Our office will need the following documents if you desire to become a PAID poll worker:

Poll Worker Application. (This can be completed and submitted online.  Just click the purple Poll Worker Application icon below; you may also print off an application here.)

If you are selected to work, we will also need the following documents in order for you to receive payment.

W4 form and a copy of your social security card.

If you wish to volunteer your time and NOT be paid, our office will need the following documents:

Once selected to work, you will need to submit the following form to our office:

Affidavit of Waiver of Poll Worker Pay

 These documents can be returned to our office by email, fax (501) 340-6024 or mailed to:

Little Rock, AR 72201

If you are not selected for a specific election, your information will be on file for future elections.
